We are more than happy to help GENUINE CALLERS who have had the misfortune of finding themselves in need of our locksmith services. But please keep in mind that our locksmiths work during the day too and need their rest at night so if you have a general inquiry or your request is NOT of an URGENT nature please call us during normal business hours, we'll be more than happy to assist you at that time!

Keep in mind that our Emergency late night & weekend rates are higher so if it's not urgent call us during normal hours and save yourself some money!

But for those of you who do have a genuine emergency please call us anytime! We can get you back into your house or car if you locked the keys inside, we can rekey the locks on your house if your keys are lost or are stolen, it's always a good idea to have the locks rekeyed so the old keys won't work anymore if there is a chance that someone had access to your personal information if you purse or wallet was stolen along with your keys. We can also rekey the locks if you need to lock out a partner after a domestic dispute or break up, maybe you need to lock out a tenant you just evicted. Give us a call we'll be more than happy to come and help you.

We offer fast response service, we can usually have somebody there within the hour
even faster if you're in the CBD.

Because we give priority to people who are locked out, this service has a non-refundable service call fee if you cancel within the hour of your call.

Jobs can come in at any given time and once the driver is booked they are dispatched and are removed from the availability list, other jobs may be turned down because of this,
so please make sure you have tried all avenues to open your door before you call.

Remember to have your photo ID to show our driver and the money to pay the driver as they will require this before commencing the Job.

We accept cash or cheque and direct deposit via EFT can be arranged, We do not accept credit cards due to increasing bank fees which we do not want to pass on to our customers who are already in a bad way, We understand that misfortunes happen and that you might not have the funds on you so we are more then happy to drive you to the nearest ATM.
